Rohini is the moon's own place of exaltation and the tradition treats it as the most fertile division in the zodiac: the point where things take root and grow visibly. The symbol is a cart, which is worth noticing, because a cart is not glamorous. It is what carries harvest, slowly, and what the division is really about is accumulation over time rather than sudden arrival.
The risk sits in the same quality. What grows well is also what one becomes attached to, and Rohini is read as the most comfortable and therefore the most easily held nakshatra. The useful question for someone with strength here is not how to attract more. It is what they are unwilling to let go of, and whether the growth they are proud of has quietly become a place to hide.
