The name means a hundred healers, and the symbol is an empty circle. Varuna presides, the keeper of cosmic law and of what is hidden beneath surfaces. Shatabhisha is the division of diagnosis and of secrecy at once: it finds what is wrong, and it does so at a distance, without needing to be included.
Rahu rules it, which sharpens the outsider quality. This is a strongly independent, research-minded division, well suited to medicine, investigation and any work done alone with data. The difficulty is that solitude here is chosen so early it stops feeling like a choice, and the person can become genuinely hard to reach without ever deciding to be.
